On TMC MLAs backing Ritabrata Banerjee as Legislature Party Leader, Cabinet Minister, West Bengal Govt, Dilip Ghosh says, "... I said earlier also that if the party loses the election, it will break apart. The main issue is that it was a family party, and people wanted to leave but were afraid. As the Prime Minister said, dynastic politics must end; this step is in that direction. People are moving away from family rule. In the end, only Mamata and her nephew will remain; everyone else will leave."
On Mamata Banerjee claiming permission denied for her sit-in protest, West Bengal BJP President Samik Bhattacharya says, “Who is saying this? Our state’s former CM, Mamata Banerjee. Suvendu Adhikari, who is now the CM, had to go to the High Court 104 times to just conduct a rally when he was the LoP… BJP, after forming the government in the state, is getting things back on track after the Jungle Raj of TMC. Now, everyone can speak their mind freely in the state…”
Addressing protesters in Kolkata, TMC leader Kalyan Banerjee said, "In the coming days, we will organise even larger protest demonstrations. I would like to say to the Commissioner of Kolkata Police and the police officers that your salaries are paid from the public exchequer under the Constitution. It is not Suvendu Adhikari who brings money from Shantiniketan to pay your salaries. Therefore, please perform your duties in accordance with the law and the Constitution. Times change, and everyone should remember this while carrying out their responsibilities."
MEA Spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal says, "We have seen the remarks of the Prime Minister of Nepal concerning India India-Nepal boundary as well as the subsequent statement made by the Nepali foreign office on this matter. While close to 98% of the India-Nepali boundary has been demarcated, there are some unresolved segments. The shifting of the Gandak River has resulted in this. In addition, there are cases of cross-border occupation and encroachment of no man's land in demarcated segments of the boundary, which are currently being mapped jointly. We have established bilateral mechanisms to deal with all aspects of boundary matters. It should be clear to all concerned that there is no role for any third parties in a bilateral matter between India and Nepal."
Kolkata, West Bengal: TMC leader Kunal Ghosh says, "Ashima Patra and I went to the Speaker's office to submit a new letter from the party. The Speaker was not there. According to the rule, we gave it to his office secretary. Today, the same person is saying that the speaker has verbally instructed him that he cannot receive any letter... What kind of custodian of democracy is the Speaker?..."

Complete lawlessness is prevailing- even Hitler did not do such things. There are no words left to describe this situation, because when language itself fails, it means oppression has crossed all limits.
